At Leg Up Properties, we believe everyone deserves a safe, affordable home. We started this work because we saw the crisis firsthand, housing prices had priced out our daughter Rachel, despite her great job, and when our autistic son Mason needed to transition into his own home, we discovered there simply weren't options available. That gap moved us. Today, across five counties in southeastern Pennsylvania, we buy and renovate mobile homes to make homeownership accessible again. And because we know the neurodivergent community faces even steeper barriers, we also acquire and lease housing to care facilities serving autistic and neurodivergent adults — because in Pennsylvania alone, over eleven thousand people are waiting for homes like theirs. This is personal for us, and it drives everything we do.
